Purchase process

How do I purchase a horse from you?

If you are interested in one of our horses, please get in touch with us by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We will gladly answer all your questions, provide detailed informations about the horse, and guide you through the sale and import process.

Do you sell horses only off a video, or can clients visit your farm and try them?

While we do sell most our horses off a video, clients are always welcome to visit our farm and try our horses! We can also assist with airport pick-up and hotel bookings to make your visit as convenient as possible.

Do you require a deposit?

We do not offer a right of first refusal, nor do we accept deposits to hold a horse. Our policy is simple: first come, first served.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments via bank wire transfer to our company account. After the deal is closed, clients receive a bill of sale with full bank wire instructions. Horses must be fully paid for before leaving our farm.

Can a horse stay in training with you?

Yes! Whether you want the horse to gain more education, get show experience, or it’s simply not the right time to ship the horse, we provide full board and training packages. Horses can stay with us in a full training and show program for as long as needed, and we regularly send updated pictures, videos, and informations on their progress.

How do I avoid scams when purchasing a horse?

It’s important to research the seller’s reputation, read reviews and testimonials, and check references. Always have an independent veterinarian check the horse and verify its identity. Make payments only to a trustworthy, officially registered company with a valid website, and contact informations. Following these steps helps ensure a smooth and secure purchase.

Pre-Purchase Examination & X-Rays

Do your horses have X-rays?

Yes. Before putting any horse on the market, we take a new set of X-rays for each horse. These X-rays can be sent to your vet for evaluation.

Can I have my own pre-purchase exam done on a horse?

Yes! It’s a must! We highly recommend having a veterinarian of your choice examine the horse and review the report, videos, and X-rays. You can either arrange the PPE with a vet you know in Europe, or we can provide a list of independent vets frequently used by our clients for online pre-purchase exams. You can then contact them directly to set up an appointment.

Shipping

Do you organize shipping?

Yes! With years of experience and thousands of horses shipped worldwide, we can handle the full import process to any destination. We take care of all necessary paperwork, bloodtests, health certificates, and transport arrangements. The horse can be picked up at the airport or delivered directly to your farm with our door-to-door service, making the process safe, efficient, and stress-free.

Are the horses insured?

No, the horses are not insured after the sale. It is each client’s decision whether to take out insurance, although we strongly recommend it. Some clients arrange insurance independently, while we can also assist with setting up insurance if requested.

Do the horses remain in full work after the sale before leaving your farm?

Yes, horses stay in our care and continue their full work until their last day with us. We schedule ground transport to the airport as late as possible so they spend minimal time in overlay stables at the airport, ensuring they fly and arrive to their new owners in the best possible condition.

Which airports do the horses fly out of?

Most horses from Europe depart from one of three main airports, depending on their final destination:
Liège (Belgium)
Amsterdam (Netherlands)
Frankfurt (Germany)

What’s the typical cost to ship a horse?

We have a dedicated Shipping section on our website where this question is answered in detail, including typical costs and options for transporting horses to the most frequently used destinations worldwide.
